Training

See what the set was worth.
Not just that it happened.

A camera that reads the quality of the work, on top of a logger built for the gym floor.

Point your camera at the set.

  • Rep speed falling off, rep by rep. When the reps slow, the stimulus is arriving. See it instead of guessing it.
  • Range of motion, rep by rep. Catch the quiet ROM shrink that turns set four into half-reps.
  • Left/right balance, cadence, sticking points. Per-side analysis for unilateral work.
  • Share the proof. Skeleton overlay, ghost-stack and fatigue-curve cards, straight to the group chat.

Programs with volume built in.

  • Last 7 days or over time. Filter to upper, lower or core and watch the radial fill in as the week goes.
  • Weekly sets per muscle against MEV, MAV and MRV. Know when a muscle is under-stimulated or cooked before the plateau tells you.
  • Landmarks you can edit. If the defaults don't fit you, set your own.

Build the block, not just the day.

  • Programs, days, templates. Lay out the whole block: days in order, each with its exercises, sets and rep ranges.
  • Tempo, rest and supersets, written in. Set them once per exercise and the workout carries them to the floor.
  • Or generate a starting point. Pick length, days per week and focus muscles; edit everything.
  • Start with what you already do. Turn previous workouts into a program, then see your rotation and completed sessions on the training calendar.

Logging at rack speed.

  • Load, reps, RIR, done. Three taps between sets, offline, every time.
  • Rest timer where you look. Lock screen and Dynamic Island, counting through your rest (and past it).
  • The techniques you actually use. Supersets, drop sets, myo-reps, rest-pause.

An exercise library that knows anatomy.

  • Every exercise mapped to muscles, primary and secondary, with per-muscle volume counting downstream.
  • Your exercises too. Custom exercises with the same treatment.
  • Per-exercise history. Every set you've logged for a movement, in one place.
  • See your personal records. Track your heaviest weight, most reps, best set and session volume, and estimated one-rep max.
  • Share the session. Create workout and personal-record cards in Share Studio, with the details you want to include.

Import history: choose the app you're bringing your training history from, with Hevy, Strong, FitNotes, Fitbod, Jefit and Alpha Progression listed

Bring your history with you.

  • Import from Hevy, Strong, FitNotes, Fitbod, Jefit or Alpha Progression. Pick the app, hand over its export, done.
  • The whole history, not the last block. Every logged workout comes across, so your per-exercise history isn't starting from zero.
  • Then keep it all in one place. Training, food, body comp and blood work on the same timeline from the first import.
Apple Watch

Log the set.
Right from your wrist.

  • Your workout on your Watch. Start a planned session, log sets, adjust load, reps and effort, and finish the workout.
  • Rest controls within reach. Check the countdown, add or remove rest time, or dismiss it when you are ready.
  • Food, water and your day. See calories and macros, log recent foods or dictate a meal for review, and record water, weigh-ins and scheduled doses.
  • A remote for progress photos. Use the iPhone camera with Watch shutter controls. Review a captured photo, retake it or move to the next pose.
  • A glance at your watch face. Add complications for daily status, macros and hydration. The Watch app works with RESISTX on your iPhone.
