Common questions
I didn't get my sign-in link
RESISTX signs you in with a link emailed to you, or with your Apple or Google account. If the link hasn't arrived after a couple of minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address you entered is correct. Sign-in links expire after a short time, so if yours has expired, just request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Does RESISTX work without a connection?
Yes. RESISTX is offline-first: you can log workouts, search the on-device food database and record measurements with no signal. Your data syncs to your account the next time you're online, so you can train in a basement gym and it will catch up later.
How do I back up or export my data?
Your data is yours. Go to Settings → Privacy → Export your data to download everything you've logged as CSV files (one per kind of record) in a single zip that you can save or share anywhere.
Can I import my history from another app?
Yes. Settings → Import data brings in workout history from Hevy and other apps via their CSV export. Diet-history import from Cronometer and MyFitnessPal is on the way. If you're stuck on an import, email us the exported file and we'll take a look.
Subscription, free trials and billing
RESISTX is one subscription, monthly or yearly, with everything included: training, food and body-composition logging, your full history, manual training programs, set recordings with on-device analysis and device sync, progress photos, data export, automatic calorie-target adjustment, AI food logging (photo, chat, label and recipe), AI training-program generation, bloodwork, DEXA and measurement-photo imports, custom charts, a combined timeline and Track layout editing, read-only coach sharing, and watermark-free exports. AI fair-use limits apply. You can subscribe in the app under Settings → Subscription, or on this website. The terms differ a little depending on which one you use, because the seller differs.
Importing your existing training history is always free, before you subscribe. DEXA and measurement-photo imports are also free during initial setup; ongoing AI imports need an active subscription.
- Free trial: eligible subscribers get 14 days free. Whoever you buy from confirms your eligibility and shows the price and renewal terms before you subscribe: the App Store or Google Play in the app, or the checkout page on this website. Nothing is charged when you start an eligible free trial, and it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel under the terms shown to you. Not every account is eligible for a trial, and a trial is not offered on every purchase; you are told before you confirm.
- Who bills you: it depends where you bought. Subscriptions bought in the app are sold and billed by Apple or Google, so they are managed in the same place as any other app subscription. Subscriptions bought on this website are sold by us, Qorsi Pty Ltd trading as RESISTX, with card payments processed by Stripe. Apple and Google are not involved in a website purchase.
- Cancel or change a plan, bought in the app: in your device's Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions, or via Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancel or change a plan, bought on this website: use the customer portal linked in your confirmation email. A website subscription cannot be cancelled from your App Store or Google Play settings, because the purchase was not made there. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your subscription until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cannot find the email, contact us from the address on your account.
- After a subscription ends: your data stays yours. You keep reading your history and exporting it; logging new training, food and body data again needs an active subscription.
- Purchased but not unlocked? Tap Restore purchases in Settings → Subscription. If that doesn't fix it, email us from the address on your account and we'll sort it out.
- Refunds, bought in the app: refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their policies, because they took the payment. Request one via reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play. Contact us if you need help with a request.
- Refunds, bought on this website: you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason, by emailing support@resistx.com. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any consumer law that applies where you live. See the Terms for the full wording.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed. See Deleting your account for the steps and what happens to your data.
What do you do with my data?
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights. Short version: your data is used to run the app for you, it isn't sold, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Is RESISTX medical advice?
No. RESISTX is a tracking tool. It records what you choose to log, including supplements and protocols, but it does not diagnose, prescribe or give dosing guidance. Talk to a qualified professional about anything health-related.
