These terms govern your use of ResistX, operated by Qorsi Pty Ltd (ABN 99 630 075 768), Sydney, Australia. By using ResistX, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ResistX. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know at hello@sobie.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Use ResistX for its intended purpose — tracking your fitness, nutrition, and body composition. Don't:
You retain ownership of the data you enter into ResistX (training logs, nutrition data, progress photos, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data to provide the service.
ResistX is currently in beta. The app is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
ResistX is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app should be taken as medical, nutritional, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorsi Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ResistX. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
You can stop using ResistX at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@sobie.app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
